I enjoyed the hotel grounds, they are beautiful. there were many activities available by the pool. i found the staff to be attentive. branded drinks had great quality. I found that a bonus.

The cleaning service was minimal in rooms. I felt the floors could have been cleaner.

The cake shop on site was excellent and tempting. the mexican à la carte restaurant offered a complementary meal. there were many choices around the hotel. This catered for all tastes.

The rooms were spacious and well presented, and they were cleaned daily to a high standard. care was given to create swans from towels. We had flowers delivered one day. the spa facilities were excellent too.

The beach bar was a bonus. It had a lovely jetty for walks. there were plenty of sun beds around the pools. And on the beach. these areas were kept clean and tidy.
